I am GIULIA AGOSTINELLI. I am an Architect, a Photographer and a Designer. I was born the 18th of April 1986 in Chiaravalle (Ancona, Italy). Since I remember, I was interested in design: when I was little I spent most of my time drawing and sketching or playing with LEGO , of course. - Now, I am a licensed Architect.
From 2005 to 2008 I studied Architecture at Politecnico di Milano where I achieved the Bachelor's Degree in September 2008 (107/110). My thesis was Building with wood: from raw material to dismantling: it concerned the entire life-cycle of construction materials, with a detailed attention to the LCA of wood and its possibilities to be recycled. From October 2008 I studied Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano and from 2009 to 2010 I was at the ENSAPVS, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture Paris Val de Seine, within the international exchange programme Erasmus. In July 2011 I achieved the Master's Degree in Architecture (110 with honor/110). My thesis Changing Habit: a low impacts system for temporary constructions, concerned the study of a system made of a structure that is repeatable into space and that can assume multiple configurations, according to different temporary situations. I had some professional experiences, since I worked in different offices for several months, in Milan, Paris and Ancona, where I developed a strong management skill and strict sense of responsibilities, besides practical knowledge. Furthermore, during my last collaboration I improved my knowledge in the field of design and publishing.
At the present time I am working on several international competitions as well as on self promoting projects, but I am always AVAILABLE for working opportunities.
